WOW! Its been a Year!
Ive missed you soo much in this time,
Though, Ive always felt you near
I sense you in my thoughts at times,
You help me guide my grief.
You remind me of the strength you taught
And in the power of belief.
I often hear your gurgles
And smell your baby skin.
I know your watching over me,
I feel it deep within
I wish it was the other way,
And that I could look after you.
I'd kiss and hug you Everyday
And do what mummys do!
But today is not for sadness,
Its a day to feel so proud!
To celebrate your day of birth
And the life you were allowed.
Your life that gave such richness,
Your life, so full of LOVE
A Love that shines so brightly still
In the starry skies above!
Your life, too short here with us,
But cherished all the same.
You touched so many hearts on Earth,
Your legacy will remain.
